Acceptance

  • By creating a FORM account or using formfitness.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Founding accounts

  • Pre-launch you can reserve a username and earn referral credits. Reserved handles and banked credits are held in good faith and become usable when the app launches.
  • We may reclaim handles that are inactive, impersonating, abusive, or infringing.

Referrals and credits

  • Referral credits are free form-scans, not cash, and have no monetary value.
  • Credits are granted when a referred friend starts using the app, and may be withheld for fraud or abuse (for example, fake accounts).

Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you post. You grant FORM a licence to host and display content you choose to share so the app can function.
  • Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and respect other members.

Health disclaimer

  • FORM gives training feedback and estimates, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Train within your limits and consult a professional where needed.

Subscriptions

  • At launch, some features require a paid subscription, billed through the app store. Pricing and trials will be shown before you purchase.
