By creating a FORM account or using formfitness.app you agree to these terms with ARA International LTD, the operator of FORM. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Pre-launch you can reserve a username and earn referral credits. Reserved handles and banked credits are held in good faith and become usable when the app launches.

We may reclaim handles that are inactive, impersonating, abusive, or infringing.

Referral credits are free form-scans, not cash, and have no monetary value.

Credits are granted when a referred friend starts using the app, and may be withheld for fraud or abuse (for example, fake accounts).

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant FORM a licence to host and display content you choose to share so the app can function.

Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and respect other members.

FORM gives training feedback and estimates, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Train within your limits and consult a professional where needed.

At launch, some features require a paid subscription, billed through the app store. Pricing and trials will be shown before you purchase.
